Would You Carry Around Your Cat In This Backpack?

Attention, Cat People of Vingle!

Do you love your cat? When you're away from them for more than an hour, do you break out into a cold and anxious sweat? Do you like buying your cat somewhat useful but generally excessive presents?

If this sounds like you, fear not! I have the perfect solution, and it's called the U-pet.

The U-pet is a line of backpacks specifically made to cart around your feline friend wherever you want to go. There's ample vents for proper airflow, mesh to optimize temperature control, and well, a weird spherical viewing bubble that makes your four-legged love one look a little bit like a space astronaut.

Like this. This is your cat.

The carrier bags come in an assortment of sizes, shapes, and colors, all of which follow airplane carry-on requirements. Prices range from $69 for a small standard backpack to $129 for a deluxe rolling backpack style.
That's right - your cat in a piece of rolling space luggage. That's a thing.

So what do you guys think? Waste of money or ingenious invention for cat owners?

Let me know in the comments below, and for more absurd (or just plain interesting) products, follow my SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY collection.

I have an adidas sackpack. Buddy loves climbing in it and being carried around with his head and paws hanging out. Makes it easier to clean and allows my hands to be free. He invented it himself after seing a baby being carried around.
