While it might still feel like October outside, December is in full swing and that means 2015 is coming to a close. Crazy huh?
I guess it really is true that the older you get the quicker time flies. It really feels like just last month that I was ringing in January 1, 2015 by waking up on my bathroom floor, freezing yet unable to move due to my pounding headache.
I guess just because I'm older doesn't exactly means I'm grown up, huh?
However, this year I really really want to make a New Years Resolution and stick with it.
And I think you should do!! January is the beginning of a brand new us...if you want it!
So my resolutions will be:
1. To lose another 20 pounds, or at least finally reach the point where I will feel comfortable in my body.
2. To be more organized and actually write down the things that fly across my brain.
3. The write at least 1 poem per week. End goal, to be ready to try and self publish a poetry book.
4. To continue to become a better friend, daughter, and girlfriend.
See, the reason why we all forget our resolutions is because we make up totally insane ones. The point of resolutions aren't to totally change who you are, it is to continue to grow into a better, more happy person.
I would love to hear what your New Years Resolutions are going to be!!
