When you think of this of the 2015 MVP race, many people name Tom Brady and Cam Newton, but one guy in the NFC is getting unfairly put on the backburner: Carson Palmer.
If you take a look at their record and his numbers, it's hard to leave the talented quarterback off the MVP list.
When asked about Carson Palmer, Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer said "Honestly, watching tape, I hear about all these people talking about MVPs, and he really should be in the consideration with the way he's playing," said Zimmer. "And that's not media talk, either. That's true. That's what I believe."
Palmer, who's led the Cardinals to a 10-2 record, is on pace for the best season of his career. He has thrown for 3,693 yards and 29 touchdowns -- one away from tying the franchise record for most touchdown passes in a season -- with four games left. He leads the league in QBR and is second in quarterback rating and touchdowns thrown.

Are we making a mistake on Carson Palmer? Is he the best player in the NFL right now?

I'll take Palmer and the Cards offense any day over Cam Newton. Palmer deserves to at least be in the discussion.
I'm sorry but this season's MVP is going to go to Cam Newton!
I'm not a fan of Carson Palmer
I want Cam Newton the win it but you got to give that man his respect he killin it
