11 Disney Songs That Will Make You Cry

Before K-pop and way before Day6 I was a Disney girl. I don't necessary watch the T.V. shows but I grew up with them. Back in the days, my go-to station is Radio Disney. We were a big fan. My sisters won several prizes and tickets from their real-time phone events and we had a blast (Except one concert. We were in line but gave up because it was way too long).
I had a Disney throwback this weekend when my sister visited and we were looking through the old Disney artist we used to follow and we found these...

Hilary Duff - So Yesterday

She'll forever be the Queen of Disney. Forever Classy.

Lindsay Lohan - Ultimate

Miley Cyrus - 7 Things

Jonas Brother - S.O.S

This was when J.B. means Jonas Brothers. Not Justin Biebs. Not JB (from Got7).

Aly and AJ - Rush

From Twitches

Demi Lovato - This is Me

From Camp Rock 1

The Cheetah Girls

This whole block is dedicated to the Cheetah Girls. 1. Cinderella
2. Step Up
3. Amigas Cheetahs

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens - Breaking Free

From High School Musical 1

Jesse McCartney - Beautiful Soul

Selena Gomez - Who Says

Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam

It's not over yet!

I thought this would never happened about a year ago Joe & Demi reunited and sang at Staples Center!

That is literally the reason why I started listening to kpop! I think "Poor kiddies" sometimes. Someone should go share a kpop song with them 😂 or the old school stuff back when there was Radio Disney @cindystran
My whole freaking childhood in one post😭😭😭 Kids these days have no idea
This is making me feel all the throwback feels. Hillary Duff was my lady. High school musical was my JAM
I STILL REMEMBER ALL OF THESE
@LexTay327 Disney was great back in the days. Growing up as a 90s kid wasn't bad at all. I think this is one reasons K-pop was appealing to me. I was tired of listening to American pop songs on the radio that lack meaning.

Don't act like you're not a hot mess when you go out...because you are. Every girl needs some products that will kick in when the chips are down. With these products in your arsenal, you'll never look sloppy, even when you are. 1. Eye Brightener / Cream Hi-Liter: Benefit's Hi-Beam This product will distract from bags, cuts, scrapes, whatever. It comes in a handy dandy stick applicator and one swipe can take away the damage you did to your face with all that alcohol. Look how flawless and guilt free that girl's face looks. 2. Baby Powder Any brand. Any time. Baby powder has some magical properties. It's hella cheaper than dry shampoo and does virtually the same thing. Also, If one of your enemies spills beer in your hair and you're left with a greasy mess, baby powder will be there to fix that. Clear Brow Gel / Mac's Brow Set This is another two in one product. Although it's "technically" for your eyebrows you can totally use this on your lashes. And if you're super concerned with drunk crying or something, it's a lot better than traditional black mascara. This product will come in handy when you take that 2AM trip to the bar bathroom when realize what an effing mess you are. Get it together. Although, I absolutely never go without black mascara. It's dramatic yo. 4. CC Cream / Olay This CC (stands for color correction for all of you blotchy skinned biotches) Cream is the bomb. You can pick it up at the drug-store for around 13 dollars and it's a great substitute for foundation. It honestly, can cover up anything that hi-beam leaves behind. Your night can go south super quickly, and when it does, this product will be there to dry your tears. Well, not really, but it'll cover them up. 5. Double Trouble Cheek and Lip / Benefit's Bene-tint Benefit is the number one beauty company for two-use products. Bene-tint is the go to product for a little color in your lip and cheek. It's a buildable product, so you can get a sheer, glowy finish or a blood red one depending on how many coats you apply. So when all the color leaves your skin because you're dehydrated from whatever you were doing last night, pull this one out of your purse...trust me it'll save your life.
Battle of the Boy Bands
The boy(s) that stole our hearts from the last decade or so. The best part of growing up in the 90s is the music that was produced during that era. Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Brian McKnight are some of my favorite solos. Apart from those the soulful artists there are the boy bands that stole my heart. I used to sing-a-long to their songs whenever they come up on the radio. On my free time, my sisters and I would try to learn their dance choreography. Fast forward to 2015, boy bands are still popular (at least among the teens). However, which boy band would actually stand the test of time? New Kids On The Block They've been active since the late 80s. Currently, they're still singing, dancing and throwing concerts. Right on! N'Sync They rivals of BSB. They would have been more popular if the group stuck together. Nonetheless, N'Sync is still one of the best boy bands out there. Backstreet Boys Most popular 90s boy band. People (like myself) are still listening to their classics. Needless to say they're an oldie but goodie The Jonas Brothers A boy band made of real bros. Seriously how cool is that? In addition, they write and compose most of their songs. It's unfortunate the boys grew up and decided to pursue their own activities. One Direction The pretty boys of today's generation. I honestly only know one song from these guys "What Makes You Beautiful" and but I have a feeling they'll be forgotten in a decade. Westlife The group that never fails to deliver emotional and touching songs. Their hit singles are still popular today and I can assure you that everyone knows at least one Westlife anthem. BBMak The underrated trio. I actually first heard of them through Disney Chanel but other than that I haven't seen them around. They have the potential but I have no idea where they went after releasing "Back Here" (shown above). 98 Degree You can think of them as the four guy band serenading mainly love songs. They have several hits but in 2003 they group decided to take a break and focus on their solo activities. They haven't make a comeback since then. The winner(s): Backstreet Boys & New Kids On The Block As seen from the video above the popular 80s/90s boy band still handle to make the crowd go crazy. Yes, they might be old but they're still grooving! What do yo think?
Disney Princesses Singing In Their Native Languages
English is not the native tongue of Disney Princesses. Everyone has grown up with Disney Princesses because they are the most innocent form of childhood entertainment. With the fantastic movies comes even better songs which make them so appealing. Your infatuation with them carries on into adulthood and before you know it, you're sitting in your living room watching the movies singing along with your own children. Crazy right? Well, here's the thing, English is the default language, not the native one. All Disney Princesses have come from other countries other than Pocahontas who was a Native American in North America (present day USA). It brings up a really interesting change because when you watch the Disney movies in their native languages, it has an entirely new meaning because it's authentically and historically correct. Disney Americanizes our movies through using English and we forget that languages play a huge role in presenting emotions, interactions, conversations, and without a doubt, our singing. One of the biggest trends on the internet is hearing a Disney Princess sing her hit song with her own native finesse instead of a defaulted English one. Enjoy and really take notice on the differences in emphasis and fluidity of the lyrics. Because of changed language, the songs also have different lyrics to fit the melody which slightly alters the song even if it has a similar universal meaning. Disney is genius. What do you think?

Working out on tour is no fun (to see other celebrities try to fit workouts in --> http://www.vingle.net/posts/530100) so its pretty impressive that Demi is so dedicated. Try to do three sets of these moves three times a week for a rocking bod like Demi's! 1) Lunge-Kick Combo - Stand with feet hip-width apart holding a 10-pound dumbbell in each hand, arms by sides. - Lunge back with right leg, bending both knees 90 degrees. - Pressing through left heel, stand up on left leg as you bring right knee up and kick right leg forward. - Return to rear lunge and repeat. 5 Celebrities Who Overcame Depression (And What You Can Learn)
A lot of people see celebrities as untouchable. That just isn't the case. Everyone experiences highs and lows. Nobody is impervious to the horrors of depression, but if these people are any indication, there is always hope! Take a look at some celebrities who have kicked depression's ass, and see how you can too. 1. Demi Lovato It's no secret that Demi has struggled with body image, self-harm and depression, but she uses her story as a testament to strength. She uses her music as a platform for positivity and her song, "Sky Scraper" is dedicated to those experiencing the same struggle. Demi checked herself into a treatment facility for bulimia, anorexia and bi-polar disorder. She experienced manic episodes and had a hard time adjusting to fame, but through her struggle she discovered she could help others. What you can learn: Demi preaches the "stay strong" mentality, and even has it tattooed on her wrists. Above all else if you can get through the next minute, next hour, next day, you will thank yourself because nothing on this earth is worth taking your life, or succumbing to depression. You will persevere. 2. John Hamm It may appear that Mr. Don Draper himself isn't lacking in the confidence department, but you'd be surprised. He is a testament to the fact that you never know what's happening inside of people's minds. His depression stemmed from the loss of his parents. He realized that there were options for him though, which is a great thing to learn from. He also learned to have no shame...because it's not something to hide. What you can learn: Sometimes professional help is really the best option. Work with a therapist, psychiatrist...whatever. Get some perspective, because you are NEVER as alone as you think. This is something I should take into account as well. 3. Pete Wentz The Fall Out Boy bassist has had a pretty public struggle with depression. I understand his guilt for being happy. That is something that people who are depressed never fully understand. Happiness does not have a price. When you're dealing with heavy things you feel like you owe the world for your success, your triumph. That's what depression does. What you can learn: Wentz found a fantastic creative outlet in his lyrics. He channeled his negative energy into creating some of the biggest pop-rock hits of this generation, and honestly people connected with him because of it, and in turn he felt less alone. Find something you feel safe doing, and do it. Putting your struggle out there is the first step to getting better. Because there are probably a million others just like you. 4. Lady Gaga Mother Monster has made herself a champion of positivity, but everyone has dark days. Her biggest struggle occurred at the end of 2013 when she couldn't perform because of hip issues. She then revealed during an Art Rave concert in London that she was on medication for depression. She wanted the audience to know that it's okay, and you shouldn't be ashamed of it. What you can learn: Gaga said that depression doesn't take away your talents. Often when we're feeling down we think that we're not worth anything. We feel like we have nothing to offer, and that's not true. It's easy for us to hate ourselves, the harder path is to love. It takes longer, it makes us think harder, but once that acceptance comes it will be a wonderful thing. 5. J.K. Rowling The most successful modern author on the planet had some hard times before her success. Her marriage dissolved after two years and it threw her into a tailspin. She lost her job and was working trying to support her children. She didn't see any hope, until she started working on Harry Potter What you can learn: Never say never. It doesn't matter what failures arise, you can get through them. By finding something to live for, like a story, a person or even some distant possibility, you will find your way back to happiness. Imagine if she had given up, where would we all be? We wouldn't have the beautiful Harry Potter stories, and an entire generation of people would have grown up completely differently. You will make an impact. You just have to give yourself the chance!
