Ahhh, don't be afraid to take time for yourself. It's okay to hurt over it. That just means it was important to you. Take a bit to be sad, and then eat your favourite food, and read a book, or watch a movie. Take a bath or buy yourself a gift. Do something you've been meaning to do but kept putting off!! Find other things to occupy yourself with <3 it's okay to hurt, but then pick yourself back up and be happy :) you deserve it <3
