If you're not familiar with bantu knots or chiney bumps [as they call them in the islands], I suggest you get familiar. This technique is easy, convenient and harmless on your tresses leaving you with voluminous curls in just a few hours. Whether you choose to do this the night before or a few hours before, your curls will be poppin' regardless. Keep scrolling to see this simple tutorial below.
How lovely are those curls?
will it work for long hair too?
@jordanhamilton Yes,pin! I think I would remember that since my head hurt do much from them or maybe denial?! Happy Holidays!
This us s good idea. But,when u saw this it made me think of yrs ago taking really small pieces of hair all over and twisting them up and pinning them down. We got the same affect just alot more time in pinning hair section twists up.
Yes! Bantu knots are so convenient and versatile. If I hadn't big chopped again I would be doing them weekly @SydneyHogg
I love doing bantu knots they always come out looking pretty and people ask me if I used a curling iron/rod or curlers. They get surprised when I tell them "no." lol
