DIY gingerbread jello shots
Okay, how absolutely amazing are these?! These adorable gingerbread jello shots are perfect for a holiday party with friends and family. This awesome DIY tutorial comes from the creative people at That's So Michelle.

Ingredients

For this project, you will need:
-- Mini gingerbread men cookie cutter (you can find these online)
-- 2 cups vodka (vanilla, whipped, or cake flavored!)
-- 2 cups Water
-- 6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
-- 1 packet Frosting Creations mix, gingerbread flavor (you can find these at a grocery store in the baking section or online)
-- 4 envelops of unflavored gelatin (you can find these at a grocery store or online)
-- 15-20 maraschino cherries with stems, halved
-- 30-40 mini white sprinkles
-- 9 x 13 baking pan
-- Non-stick baking spray
You can find the majority of these items at grocery store.

Make the gingerbread shot mixture

Step 1 — Boil 1 cup of water and 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed mild. Then, add half of the gingerbread Frosting Creations mix. Stir.
Step 2 — Turn off the stove and let the mixture cool. Once the mixture is cool, sprinkle 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin on top of the mixture. Let the gelatin sit for 1-2 minutes. Then, turn on the stove again and whisk the mixture until it is all combined.
Step 3 — Add 1 cup of cold vodka. Then, pour the mixture into a baking pan sprayed with non-stick baking spray. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until the mixture is completely firm.
Once the mixture is firm, add halved cherries to the top of the mixture.

Cut out the gingerbread shots

Make another batch of gingerbread shots and pour over the top of the first layer (this will allow the cherries to be in the middle of the gingerbread shots). Then, use the gingerbread cookie cutters to cut out the gingerbread shots. Finally, add two white sprinkles for eyes.

Set out at your next holiday party and enjoy these adorable gingerbread shots!
