I’ve decided to take my diet a little more seriously and speed up my walks to and from work. I plan to work out tonight when I get home, but we will see how that goes. I will definitely wake up early to work out, even if it kills me tomorrow afternoon at work. Today was day 1 of using the Korean Diet supplement. This is actually being combined with the pomegranate vinegar concoction too. This is what happened today:
Breakfast: Orange, two cups of water and pomegranate concoction
Snack: Peach Iced Tea
Lunch: I took three of the Korean diet supplement pills, we had some kind of spicy pork soup for lunch. I ate maybe a two spoons of the rice with the soup. Ate bean sprouts, a spoon of the tofu, and some spicy green peppers.
Snack: Iced Caffe Latte, 2 boiled eggs, and Coke Zero (over course of 5 hours)
Dinner: Orange and a handful of roasted peanuts
Snack: (tea supplement from diet)
- Walk 3.5 K to work
- Walk 3.5 K to home
Weight: 125.6 (still moving in the right direction, but not as much)
Notes: I am not sure what the Korean supplement does, but I am pretty sure that something in it has a laxative effect. I was a bit ill all night (then again, I am not sure if that was from the supplement or the Pomegranate Vinegar). Only time will tell, but I will keep using it for now.
