Sometimes when I am talking about working out and fitness, I mention body parts that I realize some people might not know the names to. I know for myself, when I started working out, I just knew arms, legs, and butt. Now my vocabulary has expanded a bit lol.

Oh wow. I've missed out, or I might be on my earphones too much.
@mchlyang yeah the machines work well. Another suggestion I have is to use bands and do a 'lateral band walk.'
Any exercises you would recommend doing for abductors? The only ones I could think of would be to use machines, but I want to do some free weights stuff!
