I usually raise the incline up and down in two minute intervals gradually reaching max incline but I keep my speed constant, not too fast but like 2.5 mph
@alywoah I usually get in 30 minutes a day but I go 45 to an hour at least once a week
Lately I've been running outside haha. I usually prefer the treadmill because I can control the incline (there are some funky hills in my neighborhood) but I think I needed the change of environment
That sounds like a really good interval training. For how long do you do that for? @buddyesd
