A year ago Zoe gave birth to two beautiful babies. And just recently, Zoe Saldana and her husband Marco Perego went on a family getaway to Mexico.

Her Fitness Routine:
Zoe has been updating her fans about her fitness routine. Every week she challenges herself to do 10 to 15 percent more than the week before. She's primarily doing interval training. In one post, she write that her trainer Moyer has been putting her cardio tolerance to the test with interval training. After a 12-minute warm-up on the elliptical, she changed it up. It starts with walking, then running to an incline -- 10 times.
I am definitely a huge fan of interval training! On that note, it looks like I'll be doing some HIIT this afternoon!
