John Krasinski appeared on the cover of Men's Health and dear lawd jezuz he is beautiful. He got beefy and for a purpose...it's to play a Navy SEAL in the upcoming film "13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi."
His two-a-day workout routines included dragging sleds, bench pressing, and Bulgarian split squats. Job well done, John because you look good! By the way, his diet was mostly chicken and water.

He's buff, tough, and I think I've fallen in love -- with his biceps.
