Without further ado, here's the last matchup of the Prelims.

Gintoki (Gintama) vs Zabuza (Naruto)

Sakata Gintoki - Samurai

All description provided by @Danse!!!!

Immense Strength: Gintoki's physical strength is still nothing to scoff at, and he is probably the strongest human known so far within the Gintama series. He can destroy enormous pieces of machinery or drive his blunt bokuto through a man's skull with ease.
Tremendous Endurance: One of Gintoki's defining traits is his extreme level of physical endurance. Gintoki fights without consideration for his life a majority of the time and, while this gives him the ability to fight without limits, is also a testament to how little Gintoki values his own life. Coupled with his incredibly high pain tolerance, this makes him an incredibly fearsome fighter. A mere day after having his forearm impaled, Gintoki fought to defeat dozens of Shinra assassins, withstanding countless injuries in the process and losing very high amounts of blood.
Agility: He is incredibly nimble. In addition, his reflexes (while often downplayed for comedic purposes) are great, and he is capable of dodging, deflecting, or in some instances, throwing back knives, arrows and similar projectiles. When Gintoki is particularly enraged, his speed and reflexes reach absurd heights, allowing him to perform such feats as shattering a sword in mid-swing with his teeth or closing meters of distance between himself and his target in a fraction of a second.
Master Swordsmanship Specialist: He weapon of choice is a Bokutō sword, also known as Toyako Bokutō with the words "Lake Toya" inscribed. His sword has a Toyako Hermit{spirit} that resides in it. Every time his sword breaks, he purchases a new one with the same words inscribed and the spirit moves to the new sword. {The spirit itself is pretty useless and resembles Zangetsu from bleach- an obvious parody} Gintoki's swordsmanship is rough, but far from unrefined. He tends to wield even full-length katanas one-handed, with fairly wide but quick chops. His level of skill has been complimented by several esteemed swordmasters, who noted that his style is something not taught, but developed by Gintoki himself.
Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant: As part of his brawler-like fighting style, Gintoki regularly uses his fists and kicks in combat. As such, he is far less bothered by being caught unarmed than most other swordsmen in the series. While his bokuto is usually used to deliver the final blow against an opponent, many of his most consistent, damaging attacks are kicks delivered to the torso.
Combat Intuition: He is noticeably skilled in terms of battlefield tactics, likely due to his extensive experience. He is capable of developing adaptive strategies as he fights, often within seconds, and knows exactly what to look for in an opponent's fighting style to create openings for himself.
Weapon Expertise: While Gintoki vastly prefers to make use of his swordsmanship in combat, he is well-versed in the use of many types of weapons, from naginatas and kunai to senbon and explosives. Likely due to his training as a samurai and time spent on the battlefield, he is able to incorporate the use of almost anything he finds in a fight, and frequently catches his opponents off-guard by using his surroundings against them.

Zabuza Momochi

Demon Swordsman

Ruthlessness: As a former high-ranking ninja of Kiri, Zabuza was a very powerful fighter. Vicious in battle, his talent for combat was seen even as a child, who had yet to begin in the Academy, as he killed over one hundred trained students single-handedly.
Monstrous Endurance: As an adult, even when gravely injured and both arms crippled, and chock full of kunai and other sharp weapons, Zabuza proved himself a dangerous adversary, being able to strike down dozens of Gatō's specially hired men and even Gatō himself.
Agility: Fast enough to match Kakashi's speed, his strength and agility were further proven when he jumped high enough to dodge a hidden shuriken aimed at his neck while he held up Kakashi with one hand and while still carrying the Guillotine Blade.
Taijutsu Skills: After losing the use of his arms, Zabuza was still able to fight off and kill dozens of Gatō's personally hired men simply with well-coordinated kicks and a kunai in his mouth. At the same time, he showed remarkable levels of stamina and endurance, able to continue fighting effectively despite the injuries he received from Kakashi and the large number of blades piercing him, killing Gatō and several of his thugs.
Master Swordsman: Zabuza was one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, and the generation of swordsmen he belonged to was noted as the strongest ever produced within Kirigakure. Zabuza's signature weapon was the Guillotine Blade, an over-sized broad sword, whose shape was thought to decapitate enemies. This large weapon has the unique ability to absorb and utilise the iron from all the blood it sheds, from whoever it cuts, in order to reform itself if damaged or broken. Zabuza was a master in its use, being capable of dispatching numerous enemies with a few slashes, and claiming that his sword "never cut a second time", implying to have killed a large number of people with a single attack.
Ninjutsu Expertise: Zabuza had great skill in Water Release techniques. He could perform several of them while keeping a separate one active, as seen when he kept Kakashi trapped in the Water Prison Technique while at the same time attacking the rest of Team 7 with a water clone. He could maintain several of these clones at the same time, often using them as diversions. He also showed proficiency in large-scale, highly destructive water-attacks from launching powerful torrents of water in the forms of dragon bullets and giant waterfalls at his opponents.

Alright Everyone! The voting is open! Think deeply about this matchup and cast your vote!

Well, I think this is completely a coin toss sort of fight. I see both closely matched in many area's, save for the Ninjutsu and special weapons. That can't be helped since one is a ninja while the other is a samurai. I'm going to give this to Gintoki only because of two things: Gintoki uses everything to his advantage at all times. {Weapons, surroundings, people, and even annoying conversation mid-battle to rattle his opponents} He's a comedic personality, but he's in no way someone to take lightly. He also has inhuman strength, which could prove fatal especially since his agility and speed are already on par. I could see this fight going a number of ways with lots of fatal damage between them. >_>
Gin, even though I'm a big fan of Naruto characters
hard to decide but I will go with gin
@tlove55016 Haku doesn't count sadly, since this is a Vs fight. No outside interference. :)) But haku was pretty amazing.
zabuza was one of the seven ninja swordsman so he was pretty good wit his sword but this gin character seems like he isn't bad either. Half n half but ima jus say gin due to what I read js now.
