Up the ante this wedding season with something fresh from the sea: Icelandic cod with dill mayo, seaweed salad, and salmon roe. This is from Luma, a restaurant in Toronto, which serves mostly Canadian artisanal cuisine with a global perspective.
I've shared in another card that I am exhausted with the standard chicken options that are at most American weddings. I will always go for the beef if the seafood option is either missing or consists of one-pot catering stews. Just not my thing.
