NYR: Get in shape (CORRECTLY)!
Since we all know that Monday and the month of January is CHEST DAY and CHEST MONTH, do yourself (and everyone else) a favor by starting your body transformation journey with biceps. Some say to train them with back. Others say with your tris. I say, since you're starting out, do them on their own.
