How many years have we all made our resolution to lose weight? We get the gym memberships we never use, buy the protein shakes we never drink, & buy gym clothes we don't actually wear for its purpose. My point is that maybe this time with our resolutions we can add a plan and something that can actually be followed such as a healthy diet . Don't punish yourself but watch what you and eat moderately. Most importantly learn to love yourself to work with yourself.
