새해 복 많이 받으세요! = Happy New Year!

Let's break it down:
새해 - New Year
복 - Good Fortune
많이 - A Lot
받으세요! = Please receive!
새해 복 많이 받으세요! = Please/I hope you receive a lot of good fortune in the New Year!
떡국 - Rice Cake Soup
This soup is soooo yummy! It's rice cake, green onion, egg, and occasionally beef :) This is traditionally eaten on New Years!
철 - Honorific Bow
Each year to honor you parents and ancestors, you perform this bow to give thanks and wish for a good new year!
한복 - Traditional Korean Clothing
Not many Koreans own their own hanbok anymore (they're $$$$$) but you'll see a lot of idols wearing them to wish fans happy new year!
