To help keep you on your healthy track for 2016, here is another recipe for a sweet treat that is still incredibly healthy. This recipe comes from the wonderful people at Two Peas & Their Pod.
For this recipe, you will need:
-- Ripe bananas
-- Peanut butter
-- High-powered blender or rood processor
You can find all of these items at a grocery store.
Before you begin this recipe, slice up the bananas and stick them in the freezer for a couple hours. Then, put the bananas into a high-powered blender or food processor and let it go to work. This might take a little while for the bananas to get blended enough to be the right texture, but be patient. Once the bananas are smooth and creamy, add the peanut butter and blend again until completely combined.
Voila! Now, you have healthy banana peanut butter ice cream to enjoy!
