I literally just got back into the gym this week.

It felt extremely amazing getting on the treadmill and working my body after a good few months hiatus. I am back in workout mode and I plan to get back into the habit of going a few times per week. While I have working out on my brain, I forgot how sweaty the gym can make you.
Although I know that sweat is just a sign that you've been putting in work, I can't seem to shake a few other fitness issues that fall under the beauty category. We've all been there whether it be sweat dripping into our eyes or sweat drenching our hair and having to walk outside in the cold weather -- we've all played the victim. Nope don't have any tips ya covered some gud ones. Then again working out is just that. If your going there to look pretty ... then perhaps that's not the right place for ya!

Wear a wrist band to wipe the sweat that just drips and tickles your nose and lips lol and wash your face as soon as you are done. Face wipes are the quickest way to wipe the sweat so if you have to drive home, the sweat won't cause breakouts
