Ready for a good core workout? For Russian twists all you need are dumbbells (or medicine ball). I would say this is intermediate as far as difficulty -- especially if you want to them right. BUT I HAVE FAITH IN ALL OF YOU OKAY MY GYM RATS. <3333
1) Sit on the floor and raise your feet. Have your knees bent. With both hands, hold a dumbbell.
2) Keep your core stabilized and engaged. Keep arms straight. Rotate from side-to-side.
3) Return to starting position.
TIP: If you find it difficult keep your feet off the ground, it's okay to set them down!
