Michael Oher from "The Blind Side" is going to the Super Bowl!

Michael Oher, the left tackle for the Carolina Panthers, will be going to the Super Bowl after he and his teammates crushed the Arizona Cardinals in the NFC Championship game.

And yes, he is that Michael Oher from the Blind Side.

And on Sunday, Leigh Anne and Sean Tuohy, the couple that adopted Oher and helped him to make it to the NFL (as depicted in the book and movie, "The Blind Side", attended the game to show their support for Oher. They went onto the field to celebrate the Panthers' victory over the Cardinals.
Michael Oher was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the first round of the 2009 NFL Draft after earning All-American honors at Ole Miss. He also won a Super Bowl with the Ravens in 2013. Now, he will try to go for his second Super Bowl ring.
Oher said a lot of his Carolina teammates like to pick on him about the movie. Oher said he doesn't mind, because it helped him fit right in with the group. But he's personally not a fan of the movie and stated, "People look at me, and they take things away from me because of a movie."

Well, he may not be a fan of the movie, "The Blind Side", but he sure is a fan of the family that is portrayed in the movie.

Have my football fans seen the movie, "The Blind Side"? Did you guys enjoy it?

[DISCUSSION] Bad Sportsmanship?
The Carolina Panthers are indisputably the best football team right now. They are currently 13-0 and already clinched a spot in the playoffs. But... During their game against the Atlanta Falcons, they were crushing the Falcons 38-0. So they decided to take a team photo before the game even ended. I'm just interested to see what my sports fans think. Do you guys think what the Panthers did was disrespectful to the Falcons? Love It Or Hate It: Live Sporting Events?
Welcome to the Funny Community game, Love It Or Hate It! This game is really similar to Monday's 'No Good or So Good' food game - except this one deals a lot more with non-food things. Every week, I highlight a different thing that a lot of people either really love or really hate and see how our community feels overall! Last week, I asked you how you felt about SELFIE STICKS. It was an EXTREMELY tight vote, but out of the 60 who gave your opinion, 33 of you said that they're actually kind of useful! Soooo... SELFIE STICKS WIN!!!! This week, I want to know: How do you feel about attending live sports games? Spectator sports have been around since the days of Ancient Greece, but the ones we know and love today came into being in the mid 19th century! The number of Americans that attend at least one live sporting event annually is easily in the tens of millions. However, the amount of them that find said sporting event COMPLETELY BORING is still widely unknown. How do YOU feel about spectator sports? Are they tons of fun or brutally boring? The 5 Strangest Superstition in Sports!
Hello sports fans! It's Friday the 13th! Here are some of the strangest superstitions in sports! Michael Jordan Michael always wore his UNC shorts under his NBA shorts. Thus, he wore longer shorts than his fellow players at that time. In the end however, his fellow players followed suit after the legend. Serena Williams Serena Williams is known for not changing socks once during a tournament. It sucks to wear a pair of socks for more than a day...imagine how it would feel to wear the same socks for an entire tournament! I guess Serena doesn't mind it considering the number of tournaments she has won. Brian Ulracher Brian Ulracher ate two chocolate chip cookies before every game. Maybe that was the secret to his muscular body. I think it'd be fair to call him the "Cookie Monster". Caron Butler Caron Butler was known to be an avid fan of Mountain Dew. He loved the drink so much that he drank before and during every game. During his UNC days, he asked his wife to pick him a 2-L bottle of the green stuff, and drank half of it before the game, and the rest during half-time. In 2007, the Wizards and NBA banned him from drinking it during games so he eventually quit the whole thing in 2009. Moises Alou This one has to be the most f*cked up one out of all of them. Moises Alou used to pee on his own hands to harden them! Should we see that as commitment to the game of baseball or just some pretty weird ass shit? Oh and by the way, don't try to harden your hands by peeing on them ladies and gentlemen, because doctors have confirmed that peeing on your hand doesn't harden them. It actually softens them. @jeff4122 @ButterflyBlu @superiorsl @Starbell808 @DonnaMelton @InPlainSight @jokes @BEAUTYgirlARIEL @David19Flo23 @karencorchado @salahabdalla @Moose892 @BrookieyElba @SamuelRodriguez @ValerieAlissaPa @xitlalicordova1 @AndrewMaldonado @Jovi @Shippudenguy21 @AbdulrahmanSaad @trinityarcangel @thefeels @Link4TW @ChriSingularis @sanazsanaz @WilliamBrown @DannyMoses @ClaySharko @Ravenwing92 @FromBlue2U @TravisBeck @LemissaNicole @BossDominata @gatorchick96 @MatthewBoughton @MarcusJiles @BrandonMcNeil @MalikLawary @KyleBerke @manbungo2000 @DerekGumtow @havic @Straightshooter @PhilAnthony @Kirooken @yaakattackk @RodneyYoung @DreJones @JonathanKerns @bnzattoni @TravisManning @GalacticChakra @smothgreen @afxs @johnnolastname @ChristopherKenn @ChasePage @coreywriley91@MikeWolf @MrTenThirty @JasonNilsson @BrunoDutch @SherzTYC @krishntejanand @addri @ChrisStephens What was your favorite one from the list? NFL Dads Tackle Hair Styling In This Pantene Campaign.
Every year, major sponsors shell out some serious cash to grab our attention during the Super Bowl, by far the largest single sporting event of the year. They enlist A-List celebrities, bust out the CGI, and have the ability to transform a typical 30-second spot into a minute long movie of epic proportions. However, if there's one thing that these companies can learn from haircare brand Pantene this year, it's that turning on America's feels doesn't have to be that complicated - just bring in the adorableness of some NFL kids! Pantene's 'Dad-Do' Super Bowl campaign features a number of popular NFL fathers taking a stab at styling their daughters' hair with Pantene products. Like you could probably guess, they definitely struggle through it, but with some adorable encouragement from their daughters, the results are very much 'aww'-worthy. (My personal favorite is pictured above: DeAngelo Williams of the Pittsburgh Steelers versus his daughter Rhiya's braids and bows.) Benjamin Watson, tight end for the New Orleans Saints, displayed some pigtail game earning an impressed high five from his daughter, Grace. (He tried to argue that bigger hands make it hard for athletes to style hair, but he didn't do too bad for a first-timer!) The Dallas Cowboys' Jason Witten's adorable daughter Landry was SUPPOSED to get a braided ballerina bun, but let's just say there were some complications on the way. (Hey, if there's anything the Cowboys learned this season, it's that you can't win 'em all!) Click the video above for a look at the finished 30-second Super Bowl ad, or visit Pantene's official YouTube Channel to watch the full styling videos from each athlete. So how do you think they did? Was this concept just as adorable to you as it was to me? Let me know in the comments below and for more trending videos from across the web, follow my YouTube Nation collection!
