Winter Bulk-Up for Baseball Players (Day 1)

Want to get jacked like Bryce Harper?

Here is a six-day routine for baseball players to bulk-up and get ready for spring training!
[Day 1 Workout - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps]
1. Barbell Bench Press: 4 x 8 reps
2. Dumbell Incline Chest Press: 4 x 8 reps
3. Pushups: 3 x 10 reps
4. Standing Shoulder Press: 3 x 10 reps
5. Seated Lateral Raise: 3 x 10 reps
6. Cable Tricep Push Downs: 3 x 10 reps
7. Bent Over Tricep Kick Backs: 3 x 10 reps
Ab Tri-Set (3 sets w/ 30 seconds rest between sets)
- Hanging Leg Raise: 12 reps
- Bench Reverse Curl Ups: 12 reps
- Swimmer Kicks: 30 reps

1. Barbell Bench Press

2. Dumbell Incline Chest Press

3. Pushups

4. Standing Shoulder Press

5. Seated Lateral Raise

6. Cable Tricep Push Downs

7. Bent Over Tricep Kick Backs
