Here is a six-day routine for baseball players to bulk-up and get ready for spring training!
[Day 2 Workout - Back, Biceps]
1. Pull Ups: 4 x 8 reps
2. Barbell Bent Over Rows: 4 x 8 reps
3. Lat Pull Downs: 4 x 8 reps
4. Seated Cable Row: 4 x 8 reps
5. Barbell Shrugs: 3 x 10 reps
6. Barbell Standing Curls: 3 x 10 reps
7. Hammer Curls: 3 x 10 reps
