So this is one of my squats sets. I worked up to my working set which was 95lbs x 4 reps x 6 sets. I am trying to build up my strength again after being out of the lifting game for awhile.
I NEED TO BE AS STRONG AS I ONCE WAS. ;____;
Anyway, after squats, I also did walks on an incline. It was a super duper easy day. I honestly did not want to take my ass to the gym, but I knew I had to do some squats, at least. So I did!
