@miranpark88 I think it depends what you're going for. If you're working out a lot, I wouldn't bother too much unless you're eating a lot of heavy things. When I was working out a lot, I would eat 3 meals a day, with some very light meals in between. It worked out well and it's good because you're always keeping that metabolism running.
