CN Blue Adds Another Concert After Tickets to Its Hong Kong Show Sell Out in Five Minutes
CN Blue added another concert to its Hong Kong visit due to popular demand from its fans, as tickets for its concert sold out in just five minutes.
The band, which is currently touring the world for its 2013 World Tour - Blue Moon concert, will be performing from May 10-11 in the city.
Only one concert was scheduled to take place on May 11, but all 7,000 seats sold out in just five minutes, leading the band to add the May 10 concert in reply to the fans′ passion.
CN Blue also previously sold out its live concert Blue Storm in January 2012.
The Asia World Expo Arena, in which the concert will take place, is the largest concert venue in Hong Kong. Since it opened in 2005 it has hosted concerts by Muse, Linkin Park, Elton John, Maroon 5, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Jason Mraz and more prominent pop stars.
Shirley, a reporter from the local tvb media, said, "CN Blue is taken to be a musician band as it writes its own songs," while Channel M said, "[CN Blue′s music] is different from other K-Pop songs. It can easily be remembered even though the listener isn′t Korean. It′s impressive."
