DIY home skin remedies
The best skin remedies can sometimes be made from the same stuff that you have in your kitchen. These DIY home skin remedies will leave your skin feeling refreshed without leaving your wallet completely empty. These skin remedies come from the creative people at Fashion Magazine.

Jam

The sugar in jam has glycolic acid in it, which acts as a gentle exfoliant. The fruit in jam provides antioxidants to your skin. Make sure you use jam that doesn't have a lot of added ingredients — one with just fruit and sugar is the best.
To use: Spread a half of a teaspoon on your face and leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse well with warm water.

Rice

Rice can serve as a great moisturizer and cleanser for your skin. Rice also has vitamin C and E, which can be great for your skin. Make sure you use rice that doesn't have anything extra added to it.
To use: Sponge rice on your skin and let it sit there for about a minute. Then, rinse with warm water.

Carrot

Carrots are full of vitamins A, C, iron, antioxidants and potassium, which all are great for your skin.
To use: Boil carrot pieces in a saucepan until soft. Then, put in a blender with some yogurt and blend until you have a smooth mask. Then, apply to your face and allow the mask to stay on your skin for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water.

Yogurt

Yogurt can serve as a great moisturizing cleanser for dry skin. It also has probiotics, which can calm your skin. Greek yogurt is the best.
To use: Use a half of a teaspoon of yogurt and spread it on your face. Let it stay on your face for 1 to 2 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water.

Orange peel

The peel of an orange can work really well to help ease chapped lips. The vitamin C will help keep your lips hydrated. The peel can also help to remove dry skin on your lips.
To use: Take a piece of an orange peel, and rub it on your lips. Wipe away with a wet washcloth and then apply lip balm.

Great card! for me, rice was the best for skin. actually, for a decade we use raw rice as tradisional skincare. soak it in water for about a week or month, then blend it to make a white paste. after you sun dry it, it become like a white calk. to use it, take a little piece, melt it with water, spread in your face like a face mask.
