I love Kit-Kat bars. The mix of wafers and milk chocolate is amazing.
Saima Ahmad loves Kit-Kat bars too, until they broke her heart with a recent product. Recently, Ahmad bought a package of three Kit Kats in December for four bucks. While that bought her a lot of chocolate, it brought her none of the signature wafers that make Kit Kats so delightful.
According to The Daily Mail, she even researched legal precedent to make sure she had a case against the manufacturer.
In a letter she wrote to the company, Ahmad demanded not only an apology and the aforementioned lifetime supply of candy, but also a refund for the package of candy that originally caused her “emotional and monetary distress.”
"‘I have also lost my faith in Nestle.
‘Clearly, if I wanted to purchase a confectionary item that is purely chocolate, I would have purchased a bar of Galaxy.
‘I would therefore like to request a life-long supply of KitKat so that I can act as a means of quality control — it appears you need me more than I need you.’"
This one of the weirdest stories I have heard in 2016. Do you think Nestle will give Ahmad a lifetime supply of Kit-Kat bars?
