Just in time for Valentine's Day, here's a fabulous Cherry Bomb mocktail to rev your holiday into high gear! Now, if you want to take the tame out of your holiday and ratchet up the fun factor--whatever that could be--you're going to want to add some vodka, which, obviously makes this a cocktail.
Of course, you can find this great recipe on Martha Stewart, which is where I found this one.

Cherry Bomb mocktail

1 cup grenadine
1 liter clear citrus soda, or seltzer
18 maraschino cherries
Place 2 cups water in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add grenadine; stir to combine. Pour mixture into two ice-cube trays. Freeze until solid, 2 hours or overnight.
Fill six glasses with grenadine ice cubes. Top with soda. Garnish with cherries, and serve.
In a previous card I asked you all to share your favorite LUV CRUSH stories. And many of you did, but NOT ENOUGH for me to share MY LUV CRUSH story. What happened?
I want to ENCOURAGE YOU to share the sweetest thing that happened to you on V-Day in the past. It can be anything!
Yum! Looks so good! And a pretty color too. Basically Shirley temples :D but for a crowd! Of course, me, I'll be adding a shot (or two) of vodka ;D Sweetest thing that ever happened to me on Valentine's day... I baked myself beautiful cupcakes (also from a Martha Stewart recipe, funnily enough!) – devil's food cake dipped in chocolate ganache and adorned with white icing words in cursive – things like love, kiss, etc. They cake out beautiful, and I celebrated loving myself ^_^ that was back in my single days. This V-Day with the boy I'm sure I'll have some new sweet stories! :D
I LOVE THAT IDEA of baking your own cupcakes @allobaber! That is awesome! I want to try baking cupcakes
