I've been really curious about trying the rowing machine. I've never used it but it looks great for cardio. Do you happen to have any tips???

every third row or so, pull the bar over your head, arms straight. it works a different muscle group than standard rowing when you do that, so it's more full bodied when you do it.

Ahh I wish there was a rope at my gym. Would love to do some rope workouts...
