When I deadlift, my go-to is the conventional deadlift. There are both pros and cons to both types of deadlifts. It's also worth trying both to find out which works better for you. In my former powerlifting team, I'd say a handful of my teammates deadlifted sumo. I've tried sumo before, and I just didn't dig it.

if u got a big belly sumo is better just like for me it's a more comfortable rise
