My drawing skills are not that good. I have been drawing more recently. I still have a hard time with hands, feet, and faces so I try not draw them in many of my drawings. I mostly just doodle so I don't make them very detailed just enough to understand what the drawing is. I've been stressed a lot lately and drawing helps me forget what's going on in my life. I draw in a pocket sketch book and I carry it around and when I get stressed I start to draw. I recommend drawing to anyone that feels down even if you aren't good at it. Drawing what you feel helps express your emotions. Someone like myself that usually doesn't talk about his feelings it helps release stress.
