All you need are some dumbbells and the desire to grow huge ass traps. ;-)
1) Hold a dumbbell in each hand with dumbbells resting on top of your thighs.
2) Extend your elbows with a slight bend. This is the starting position.
3) Use your shoulders to lift the dumbbells, keeping the DBs close to your body. When you lift the DBs, your elbows should be higher than your forearms, hitting around the nipple area. Lower dumbbells back down slowly.
