ROCK LEE'S ABILITIES Lee destroying half of a meteorite with other Although a poor student in the Academy due to his inability to use either ninjutsu or genjutsu, Lee's hard-working resolve under Guy's leadership has allowed him to improve rapidly as a late bloomer. In Part I, he could defeat the prodigy, Sasuke Uchiha, as well as pressure and nearly defeat Gaara in the Chūnin Exams. Despite suffering severe injuries from the latter that nearly ended his shinobi career, Lee ultimately recovered and improved his abilities further to become a chūnin by Part II. Years later, he had surpassed his sensei, and became a jōnin a more than impressive feat for someone once thought incapable of being a shinobi TAIJUTSU With Guys support and leadership, Lees greatest skill became taijutsu, driven by his dream of becoming a famous ninja who uses only taijutsu. Through gruelling training, he developed great proficiency in the art, essentially becoming a taijutsu master as a child, and learning powerful techniques such as the Strong Fist, a martial art style focusing on external damage. His extensive training enables him to run and even fight while unconscious or asleep, using nothing but pure muscle memory. In Part II of the anime, Lees mastery of taijutsu allowed him to battle the Explosion Release-wielding Gari, the Nine-Tailed Naruto Clone alongside Guy, and even defeat the legendary taijutsu master, Chen. Since Guy began training him, Lee has worn extremely heavy weights on his ankles that appear deceptively light and increase his strength. While his speed is still great enough to outpace a two-tomoe Sharingan with the weights on, Lees speed vastly increases upon removal, moving so fast that he became the the first person ever to bypass Gaaras defences and strike him. In Part II, Lees improved speed could intercept a charge from Haku, who is known for his speed both in and out of his Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals. Lee is also very strong, as he could drive his hand into the earth to rip up a huge section of a giant trees root. EIGHT GATES Lee after opening the third chakra gate. Through Guys teachings, Lee has learned how to open the first five of the chakra gates at age 12, and later the sixth gate sometime before the Fourth Shinobi World War. In the anime, Lee became proficient enough to access any of these gates individually without accessing any of the previous gates first. This feat caused him to be recognised as a genius by the likes of Kakashi Hatake as it is highly difficult for even the most talented ninja to open a single gate regardless of hard work. Because of the danger to his body that the gates power presents, Lee is only permitted to open them in certain circumstances such as life-or-death situations, protecting someone dear, or defending his way of the ninja. Most humans can only access less than 20% of their muscle potential, but the eight gates uses chakra to force the muscles to work at much more power than they normally do, allowing the user to run at phenomenal speeds, pick up enormous weights, and much more at the expense of the muscles themselves. Near 50%, the muscles start to wear down and tear. Much more than that, approaching 100%, the muscles begin to break down and disintegrate. Once the Eighth Gate has been opened, they are practically unstoppable, but the user dies in the process. Lee has also learned or developed a number of taijutsu that take advantage of the extreme power and speed he gains from opening chakra gates. After the time-skip, Lee can now open the chakra gates instantly, even showing a faster recovery rate from using them without suffering any of the damaging after-effects, but he still shows noticeable exhaustion. In the anime, when both him and Guy used the fifth gate together, they were able to overwhelm the Nine-Tailed Naruto Clone despite it being in Version 2, forcing it to get more of Kuramas chakra. He was also fast enough to save Guy from Madara Uchihas Truth-Seeking Balls before they could hit him while in the fifth gate. In this same instance, Lee showed the ability to open the Sixth Gate. Two years later, Lees strength in the Sixth Gate (in cooperation with other shinobi) could bisect a massive meteor with a single punch. DRUNKEN FIST Lee has a very low tolerance for alcohol, which gave him a natural predisposition for the Drunken Fist style. When he drinks as little as one drop of alcohol, he becomes an unpredictable and near unstoppable force of destruction and chaos. Guy explained that, after Lee accidentally drank a small amount of sake, he proceeded to demolish the bar they were in, and it took the combined efforts of Guy and Neji to hold him down without harming him. During Lees fight with Kimimaro in Part I, Lee accidentally drank sake instead of his medicine, and slipped into Drunken Fist style. Lees usage of this style gives him considerably greater speed and dexterity, allowing Lee to strike and effectively dodge from various positions. This style caused Kimimaro, one of Orochimarus strongest subordinates, to be pressured and ultimately overwhelmed, forcing the Oto ninja to activate the first stage of his cursed seal. Kimimaro noted that Lees attack patterns with Drunken Fist were too unpredictable to follow. The problem with Lees Drunk Fist state is his actions while drunk are usually misguided attempts to impress Guy, regardless of whether or not Guy is around. He drunkenly attacks any friend or foe that is near him.
MIGHT GUYS ABILITIES Despite a poor start in his ninja career, even considering himself a loser as a child, Might Guys potential growth was openly acknowledged by the famous Sakumo Hatake. He ultimately proved himself to be a late-bloomer, growing up to be an extremely powerful shinobi recognised as one of Konohas strongest. Even Itachi Uchiha, an Akatsuki member and Uchiha clan prodigy, warned others against underestimating Guy. This was proven when he defeated the dangerous Akatsuki member, Kisame Hoshigaki. During the Fourth Shinobi World War, Guy was trusted to fight the Six-Tails alone and even pressured and nearly defeated Madara Uchiha as the Ten-Tails jinchūriki, who greatly enjoyed the battle and proclaimed Guy as the most powerful taijutsu user he had ever faced. Although the events of the war left Guy wheelchair-bound for the remainder of his life, he still proved himself able to hold his own in battle should the need present itself, fending off powerful Ice Release-bearing ninja in Kahyō. TAIJUTSU During childhood, Guy had a very low talent in ninjutsu and genjutsu, so he focused tremendously on taijutsu like his father, learning of his own strengths and weaknesses. This gave Guy a chance to focus on his own virtues that others did not, ultimately becoming more proficient than most adult shinobi in the art. As an adult himself, Guy has become an extremely accomplished taijutsu master, with unrivalled knowledge, if not skill, in various taijutsu styles and techniques, able to immediately recognise one he witnesses. Kisame noted it is very rare for one to reach Guys level of prowess; Madara stated that Guys taijutsu is of the highest level possible. Through his My Rule philosophy, which involves a series of extreme and unorthodox training regimes, Guy has obtained peak physical conditioning and prowess, becoming highly enduring and resilient with immense reserves of chakra and stamina. As a child, in the anime, he could run five thousand laps around the Academy without collapsing. This allows him to recover from extreme exhaustion in alarmingly short time and utilise the Strong Fist style to its full potential without wearing himself down. In addition, he has gained such tremendous speed that he appeared to disappear to the naked eye, and strength able to easily plough a full-grown man through a solid stone wall and into the air with a single hand while not needing augmentation through the use of chakra for either feat. His raw strength could also easily repel Gaaras sand with a simple gesture in Part I. EIGHT GATES Guy is able to utilise and open all of the Eight Gates, a feat he mastered, where most people are unable to open a single gate, when he was still a child. His knowledge and understanding of this ability allows Guy to instantly open up to and including the first seven gates, without the need of opening previous gates, and to teach others to access the gates. This makes him truly a dangerous opponent. Once accessing all eight gates, he is able to fight on par with and gradually overwhelm Madara Uchiha as the Ten-Tails jinchūriki, significantly damaging the Uchiha who compares this power to fighting Hashirama Senju. During this, his speed can outmanoeuvre Madara as the Ten-Tails jinchūriki and can propel himself through the air with his kicks as a pseudo form of flight. Because of the potential harm opening the gates can cause the user, Guy only opens any gates for the most extreme of situations. However, Guys extreme training allows him to handle opening the gates for longer periods of time, able to endure the sixth gate with only noticeable exhaustion, as well as resist the after-effects of the seventh gate to continue fighting for a short period. By the Fourth Great Shinobi War, Guy became able to withstand using the seventh gate repeatedly with only momentary exhaustion as well as immediately adapt to the immense pain of the eighth gate. His mastery of this skill also lets him utilise several kinjutsu derived from it. With the first gate, Guy can use the pile-driving Front Lotus and with the third gate, the more advanced Reverse Lotus. With the sixth gate, Guy can use the Morning Peacock, a series of punches so fast that his hands were set ablaze by sheer speed and friction. With the seventh gate, he can use the one-hit kill Daytime Tiger, which is strong enough to completely overwhelm Madara Uchihas complete Susanoo and completely subdue Kisame Hoshigaki to near immobility. With the eighth gate, he can use the Evening Elephant, a technique that strikes with such force, even consecutively, they create powerful shockwaves that cannot be dodged and are nearly impossible to block, if at all. His final eight gates technique, the Night Guy, is a single kick that after gathering an extraordinary amount of chakra to form of a dragon-like aura, launches the kick with such ferocity and speed that it distorts the space around him, and is capable of obliterating his target upon impact. The technique is so powerful that it destroyed half of Madaras torso and left arm, along with Guys own leg, and nearly killed them both, leaving a gaping hole in the formers body. BUKIJUTSU Guy is also highly skilled in a variety of weapons styles, having trained Tenten extensively in their respective usages. His personal weapon of choice is the nunchaku, but only resorts to using them against especially strong enemies. He has shown to use this weapon with great ferocity and power, matching Kisames unique swordplay. Aside from his regular set, Guy keeps a special pair of nunchaku called the Sōshūga, which he used to skilfully battle Obito. These were durable enough to smash a large rock into pieces, and trade blows with Obitos gunbai.
NATURAL ABILITIES Hitmonchan can have one of two abilities, Keen Eye or Iron Fist. Keen Eye is an ability that will prevent any accuracy loss. Iron Fist is an ability that powers up any punch move by 20%. Hitmonchan utilize punching moves to the fullest, far more than any other Pokémon. Its punches can be so quick that it is possible that they are not able to be seen. Hitmonchan can learn all three elemental punches which are strong against elemental Pokémon that are weak against them. Mega Punch: deals damage and has no secondary effect. ThunderPunch: has a 10% chance of paralyzing the opponent. Fire Punch: has a 10% chance of burning the opponent. Ice Punch: has a 10% chance to freeze the opponent Sky Uppercut: can hit during the semi-invulnerable turns of Fly, Bounce, and Sky Drop. Detect: protects the user from all effects of moves that target it during the turn it is used, including damage. This does not include damage afflicted by weather it is susceptible to, or damage from a status condition that it obtained on a previous turn. Using Detect consecutively decreases the chance of success by 50% each use, whether it is successful or not. Focus Punch: has to charge-up and can hit even when the user is hit during the turn of charge-up, unless the user is inflicted with a Status condition like paralysis or sleep. Counter: If the last amount of damage done before the use of Counter is greater than 0 and was dealt by a Normal-type or Fighting-type attack (except Counter), Counter will do twice as much damage to the opponent. Close Combat: inflicts damage and then lowers the users Defense stat and Special Defense stat by one stage each.
ABILITIES High Jump Kick: The target is attacked with a knee kick from a jump. If it misses, the user is hurt instead. Mind Reader: The user senses the targets movements with its mind to ensure its next attack does not miss the target. Foresight: This also enables an evasive target to be hit. Wide Guard: The user and its allies are protected from wide-ranging attacks for one turn Blaze Kick: The user launches a kick that lands a critical hit more easily. This may also leave the target with a burn. Endure: The user endures any attack with at least 1 HP. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession. Mega Kick: The target is attacked by a kick launched with muscle-packed power Close Combat: Inflicts damage on the target. But it also reduces the users Defense and Special Defense by 1 level. Reversal: An all-out attack that becomes more powerful the less HP the user has.
