Okay so the other day i just made these Vanilla Cupcakes and the taste was delightful! Everyone in my family loved it.Its not just delicious its also really pretty :D thats the fun part about cupcakes. You can decorate them in any way that you like.Unlike cakes they take forever to decorate haha.So these cupcakes are pretty easy to make if you ask me :)
Ingredients that you will need 1st 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2nd 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 3rd 1/4 teaspoons fine salt 4th 2 large eggs 5th 2/3 cup sugar 6th 1 1/2 sticks(6 ounces) unsalted butter 7th 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 8th 1/2 cup milk
Directions :) 1st Preheat the oven to 350 F and position a rack in the middle of the oven. Line one 12-cup standard muffin tin or two 24-cup mini-muffin tins with cupcake liners. 2nd Whisk the flour, baking powder and salt together in a medium bowl. 3rd In another medium bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until light and foamy, about 2 minutes. While beating, gradually pour in the butter and then the vanilla. 4th While mixing slowly, add half the dry ingredients. Then add all the milk and follow with the rest of the dry ingredients. Take care not to overmix the batter. Divide the batter evenly in the prepared tin. 5th Bake until a tester inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean, rotating the tin about halfway through, 18 to 20 minutes (10 to 12 minutes for minis). Cool the cupcakes on a rack in the tin for 10 minutes, and then remove from the tin. Cool on the rack completely. Decorate as desired.
wow. great recipe.. but I never read a cupcake recipe that beat the eggs with sugar in first place before beat butter+sugar.. But I would like to try it if the result is awesome like you said 😊
haha its cool to try something different :) but its also fine to use your own technique. As long as we mix them all together then there would be no problem😅
Yum!! Ugh I love vanilla-on-vanilla cupcakes. A pure classis :)
