Que tal mis amigos! I was super sick this week due to the random changes in weather. I was so sad that I was missing out of action this passed weekend. I'm not at 100% but I'm getting better. I'm catching up on homework and what's been going on Vingle. Mi amiga @CreeTheOtaku have been helping me feel better by tagging me to awesome Jimin cards. She knows I love mi Papi Chulo!! Thanks to anyone who wished me a speedy recovery!! Anyhow this is some random things I did to help me get better. This will be a kpop and health card too.

Brush your teeth!
I found that not slacking with brushing my teeth and using mouthwash will help with a sore throat or itchy throat. Don't use the same tooth brush you had before you got sick. Whatever germs that made you sick could still be on that toothbrush. Use a new one. I randomly keep cheap ones for when I'm sick. When you get better discontinue using the tooth brush you had when you were sick. If you don't have spare ones. I would recommend just soaking your toothbrush in rubbing alcohol and rinsing in water before you use it.
Wash those hands!!
This will help you decrease the spreading of grems. It would be awesome to have lisonel spray.
Soup Soup Soup
I love having hot chicken noodle soup, or just any hot broth. Ramn noodles will work too. I had the hot spicy kinds and that broth helped. I don't know if you know what greens are, but my mom had some and warmed some up for me. We eat the healthy version of greens with smoked turkey meat. Well greens has a chicken broth as well. This help soothe my throat and was yummy!
Orange juice when needed for that boost of vitamin C!
Get the right medicine
Always go to the doctor is anything is really bad. Especially if you have a fever! If you are caring for yourself at home get the correct medications. Do you need cough syrup or cold medication? If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask your pharmacist. They can help you.
