Lent has arrived.

If you're Catholic, you know the season of Lent has made its annual debut. If you're not Catholic, you have very little knowledge about the occasion and could honestly care less. Lent is a 40 day time of fasting, refraining from meat on Fridays, repentance, and praying. Most of the time, you'll hear about what people are giving up for the 40 day period. This time represents Jesus' struggle in the wilderness while being constantly tempted by Satan. The final day ends on Easter Sunday. Below I have supplied the list of states and what they're residents are predominantly giving up.
Looks pretty normal for the top choices: sex, meat, social media, sweets, and alcohol.

What are you giving up for Lent?

I always felt like the lamest part about Lent was how people were just sort of giving up things they shouldn't be doing anyway lol. Or like, they give up sweets for Lent, and that's 50% because they like sweets and 50% because they want to use Lent as an excuse to diet.
