I'm usually really, really bad with keeping up with the things I like. And that isn't any less true with the Marvel Netflix series. I mean, I still haven't finished watching Jessica Jones because I'm a lazy bones. But here I am looking at a new trailer for the second season of Daredevil. And oh my god, I am so excited.
I'm excited really for one reason and one reason alone. And that's good ol' Frank Castle. You know, The Punisher. I don't think I've ever been excited to see The Punisher on-screen so this might be the first time I felt pumped to see him in an official Marvel production.
Most of this trailer has to do with the relationship that Matt Murdock will end up having with Frank Castle and like I said earlier that gets me extremely excited. But, while I was watching this trailer, I couldn't help but think about all the other episodes in the season that won't have anything to do with The Punisher. I mean, last season there was that one episode with the Ninjas which was so Iron Fist I couldn't believe it, so I wonder what little tidbits they'll have for this season. And even though a lot of this trailer has us believe most of the season will only have to do with Frank Castle and Matt Murdock, by the end it reminds us that...
Elektra is also going to show up in this season. I'm extremely pumped to see how she ties into all of this and how it'll work. I guess we can get more hints later on though because the trailer above was only Part 1 and Part 2 (I'll assume it'll be centered around Elektra) will be released next week. I'm so pumped to see what they have in store for us.
In the mean time, though, I've got to finish watching Jessica Jones.

"When I hit them they STAY DOWN! You're a half-measure; you're afraid to finish the job." God I love that line. I'm too hype right now. Like I swear my heart is on its last legs because it can't handle the excitement I'm feeling right now. Hell's Kitchen is about to become a war zone. And I love it.
like @paulisadroid,I'm also to lazy to keep up with is kind of stuff. but now that I know I'm excited. but of course I hope the do better with diversity this time around
@ChosenKnight ditto. That's one thing that they can always do better on. though I am really glad they cast Elodie Yung as Elektra, that seems promising to me
me too. I'm excited
