All though gym rats become your new fam. They may bother you for a spot, for support, or to just show you all the damn love when you're about to max out on bench.

Past and Present Health Habits With Help From Our Kpop Stars!! 🌟🌟
Que tal peeps! This is your favorite chica @amobts bringing you another weekly Skincare, Beauty, & Health card! This week's theme is past and present so be on the look out for cards from the whole Media Monsters Squad featuring this theme. You may think so what about health and ish. Well your health is profoundly important! If you don't take care of yourself he then it would be a challenge to enjoy your amime, Kpop, Asian Dramas, or anything you love in life. I'm not perfect but I was thinking I have come a long way with changing my life habits. I have more improvements to make but let me share some of my old and new habits with you. Writer @amobts, CEO Beverages I love beverages! I will pick drinking something yummy over eating. Even though that's not the best thing that's how I am. However, 2 years ago I began getting sleepy all the time. When I began looking at what I was eating I knew I had to make small changes. Past I would drink tons of drinks with sugar. I was addicted to pop/soda. Coke was my favorite pop. I found myself drinking over one liter a day! I was drinking more sugary alcoholic drinks too. Present I gave up drinking pop. I might randomly treat myself to a small 12oz can twice a year but nothing more. I might have a spiked drink once in a while or a 6oz glass of red wine. Instead I drink Fruit infused water Smoothies Tea (I LOVE TEA) When I did this small change I'm no longer sleepy and have tons of natural energy. Tea and Smoothie Recipes Here are some super easy and tasty recipes for tea and smoothies. These are yummy and good for your health. DON'T DEPRIVE YOURSELF FROM YUMMY THINGS BUT JUST HAVE THOSE IN MODERATION. I MEAN WHO WOULDN'T LOBE A GOOD MELON MILK DRINK! Skincare Now I will say that I always was into skincare. When growing up i would always see mi abulea always washing her skin and she always had beautiful skin. Hell she still does! I have always loved skincare because of her. However, my skincare routine was not always the best. When I got into Kpop strong I noticed how flawless the Kpop star skin were and I wanted that. This love for Kpop and skincare came together and now I'm like a skincare junkie. Past I used to just use what cleanser was popular on TV. I didn't care about my skin type and I would sleep in my makeup. I would have bad break outs from being allergic to what I was putting in my face. I even had a few eye infections cuz I was being trifling (as we say in my family lol). Present I update my skin care routine every 6 months. I lean towards making my own skincare products. I use what my body loves and not what is popular. I use many Korean Skincare products because they use many natural ingredients. I love my Wishtrend products and urge many people to check them out. DIY Skincare Recipes and Korean Skincare Routine I have some quick and simple diy recipes that you can try if you want to have healthy skin and or healthy hair too. Plus if you want to try the Korean Skincare routine I have some pics above that shows you how to follow the routine. I would say start off with the simple four step routine and then build your way up to the 10 step routine. San Diego, get your shit together. Each year at the Padres stadium, Petco Park, the LGBT society in SD holds an event called "Out at the Park" that is meant to bring the community together for an evening of baseball. This year, Petco Park really, really screwed up. The San Diego Men's Gay Chorus was meant to sing the national anthem before the game to represent the LGBT community for this event. Their voices were never heard. The stadium let them take the field, and then as they were about to sing, a recorded female voice instead sang the anthem (which, if you've been to a Padres game, isn't something that happens - we always have live singing) The men had to walk off the field hearing people shouting profane, homophobic things at them. The Padres said it was a mistake, a technical error, a third party contractor, and that they were sorry. But that doesn't explain the other examples of mistreatment. Days prior to the game, the Padres organization told the performers that the chorus would have to pay for their tickets in order to sing. This is not something that happens, ever. If you perform the national anthem, you get to enter the park for free, DUH. Why did the Padres suddenly want this now? That would have cost the small organization thousands of dollars, and after dispute they were finally allowed in as performers. You can listen to their great voices here when they performed in 2015. It's a pity their voices weren't heard this year. Get it together Padres, you're a disappointment in baseball but don't be a disappointment to your entire community.
