My body has gone though many changes, but one compliment that I'd get was how strong my legs looked (quads, hamstrings, calves). I have always been body heavy, but lifting weights made those muscles POP!

What do people think is your best physical feature as a result to working out?

Honestly that's like the best struggle to have lol. I guess he would have to avoid jeans all together? :( @Animaniafreak

Well I run everyday and I do a lot of sports but the best was wrestling that got me to lose weight and got abs which was a lot of sit ups so probably running and sit-ups @alywoah
