This doesn't take a lot of brain power to execute.Think of a deadlift, now think about actually walking with that weight. Sorta the same concept. It works several muscle groups like forearms, core, glutes, hamstrings, lower back, quadriceps, and traps. You can do these with different kinds of weights like barbels or kettlebells. Let's use dumbbells for these.
1) Bend down and grip the handles of two dumbbells of the same weight, one in each hand.
2) Walk with the weight with your back straight.
3) Take short, quick steps.
