I do them all but need to be better about the water. My tips are if you smoke, stop. Do not forget that your skin exists beyond your face. Your face can be youthful looking but still show your age in your neck, hands, decolletage, etc... What you do for your face also include your body and always extend your face care routine to your neck. When you find a skincare routine that works for you stick with it. It's tempting to follow new trends or over react to a sudden breakout by looking for that magic bullet that will fix everything. Truth is your skin will always overcome these times fastest if you are consistent and your body knows what to expect. Changing things up during these times only leads to messing up your pH levels and over drying. And lastly, sticking as close to nature with my products has always been the best way to go for me.

Drink water, moisturize day & night, SPF 15 for my face, under eye gel, minimum makeup and don't sleep in it.
