Easy Deep Dish Pizza
Quick, delicious and inexpensive... Preheat oven to 450. Make your crust... 3 cups Bisquick 2/3 cup very hot water Mix together with a fork until dough forms. Press into a 13x9" baking pan. Add toppings - I use sauce, peppers, onions, turkey pepperoni, sausage crumbles, and chopped ham with four kinds of cheeses. Bake at 450 for 12 - 15 minutes.

I do spray my baking pan with Pam, and the can of Pam is just the right size to roll around and smooth out the dough. LOL - hope this little tip helps! The dough is sticky and really doesn't need to be kneaded. We love it - it's cheap, and really fast!

question, do you have to wait for the dough to raise at all or just mix with water then spread out onto the pan....what brand of sauce you used or you made your own, just curious....

It goes straight into the oven and rises as it bakes. I take the really inexpensive store brand sauce (from Cub Food) and doctor it with orange bell peppers, chopped onions, parmesan cheese and garlic powder. I use about a third of a jar.
