On my hard attempt to stay healthy, I think this is such a good choice if you want to de-spike your Piña Colada to a healthier version ; ) Ingredients: - 2 t original Calm Plus Calcium powder* - 1/2 cup water, hot - 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk - 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt - 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, frozen - stevia drops, to taste Directions: 1) Dissolve the 2 teaspoons of Calm Plus Calcium in 1/2 cup hot water. 2) Place in the refrigerator to cool (and feel free to store it in the fridge until you're ready to use it). Once cool, place all ingredients in a blender (minus the stevia drops), and blend until smooth. 3) Taste, and sweeten with stevia drops as needed. Serve immediately.
