Here's a pretty simple movement that involves shoulders. If you have never done this exercise, start of with a lighter weight to nail the movement.
1) Stand with a dumbbell in one hand with palm facing the side of your body. Allow the empty hand to grab something steady like a bench for balance.
2) Stand straight with and lift the dumbbell with a slight bend at the elbow. Continue to lift dumbbell until it's parallel to the ground.
3) Pause at the top, then slowly bring your arm back down to the starting position.
