Strong Posture Part 2 of 2
His stance is pretty strong. It makes you think of a super hero. But most of the power is coming from below the belt. His boots are even farther apart than his shoulders and his toes point outward. It is important to have this kind of an image. Not necessarily as exaggerated as he is making it out to be. But it does send strong signals about your personality and confidence. A weak lower body is indicative of someone who is afraid of ridicule. The important things to transfer from this are his length from foot to foot (make it square with your shoulders if not wider), and the alignment of his hips. Which follow his upper body and are pointed forward.
Women should keeps their width from foot to foot at a minimum, but align their hips with their shoulders. Even small discrepancies can cause you to send negative signals.
