Good Question! There's a lot of people out there, they eat a lot but don't gain anything that's me.... But I earn my body I just don't sit around all day. I eat a lot but every morning and night I do 20 sit-ups, 10 push-ups and 30 squats. If you keep on doing that, you will have an awesome body like me馃槉 and some other people

There's no way that's your body type, it's Impossible for you to gain only a two pack of that size without gaining the other four, sorry but being a personal trainer I have to object to impossible body goals
