Hmm... Is advertisement allowed in Vingle? Coz the link you provided looks like those spam emails I get daily, there's no miracle in get into shape, if you achieve remarkable result in a short time, you must work incredibly hard! (like boot-camp exhausting hard!)
That's the exact opposite of what I did.. Workout 3 times a week, for 45 mins max. No exhausting cardio, just a brisk walk for 30 to 45 mins, and no strict foods to eat. I actually ate out almost every other night like Mexican foods, burgers, you name it!
