Presenting Namor the Submariner! Yes, another curve ball I'm throwing out there.
Namor the Sub-Mariner is the ruler of undersea Atlantis. The offspring of a sea captain and an Atlantean princess, he has been both a hero and a villain to the surface world. Namor is one of Marvel's oldest published characters with his origins in The Golden Age of Comics. The first time Namor appeared was in the 1930's. Yup, so this character definitely has some years on him and is well respected among some.
Prince Namor is the half-human/half-Atlantean ruler of Atlantis. He also grew up most of his life on the surface. With a similar story to Aquaman in the aspects of people screwing around in the water Narmor returned to the sea to handle business.
Namor's powers come from his being a unique hybrid of AtlanteanHomo mermanus and mutant Homo superior physiologies. Because of his unusual genetic heritage, Namor is unique among both ordinary humans and Atlanteans; he is sometimes referred to as "Marvel's first mutant," because, while the majority of his observed superhuman powers come from the fact that he's a hybrid of Human and Atlantean DNA, his ability to fly can't be explained by either side human or Atlantean. Now some people like to refer to Namor as the first mutant just because of the time his comic came out however, Wolverine, Apcoplyse are just a few I can name that are older than him in the comicbook time line. Namor has been through all major events that has went on in Marvel, even the Civil War he played his role. If you would like to know Namor was #teamCAP! Namor, Unsung and probably won't get a movie.

whoah! i didnt know about this dude... i will have to do some research!!! thank you for the tag @LadyLuna!
@LAVONYORK Yes, I actually have a fact sheet about it. Namor sent a tidal wave that destroyed Wakanda. I believe Black Panther stabbed him in the chest with a magic knife.
I love him and Aquaman. I really do wish they make his movie...
Wait, @boogleman so they did want to give him a movie? It's just tangled in politics! I was just wishful thinking!.. @kuzuri96 I did read he had a problem with Black Panther and they fought. That shocked me at first!
