Earlier this morning I went to the grocery store to pick up a few veggie products. Since yesterday I was at a BBQ, and really wished there were veggie dogs, I made a mental note to pick some up. And I did. Since I like my hot dogs a certain way, I decided to cook my hot dogs a little bit differently from what the package recommended. I heated up the veggie dogs in the microwave for 60 seconds. Afterward, I heated up a pan to low-medium and added some vegetable oil. Once the oil was hot, I fried the veggie dogs for about 30 seconds on each side. And there you have it...a slightly crispy veggie dog that tastes just like the real thing. I had my roommate try one, and she was impressed on how similar it tasted to the real thing! You guys, Morning Star products are seriously blowing my mind.

Later tonight I will be making some taco with Boca crumbles. I'll let you guys know how that comes out!

Check out my other cards on being Latina and vegetarian!
Of course, I may not know everything there is to know but I have a good amount of experience I was Vegan for a good 6 or 7 months last year as well.
If you ever had questions in regards to vegetarian things feel free to bug me, I've been vegetarian for for almost 7ish years. I made the switch when I was 14 and I'm now 21.
